We always seem to focus on what's going on tomorrow, things that need to get done on Friday, or trying to cram so many things into a certain period of time. After coming home from college, and taking a year off, I've realized that it's almost been a year gone by now since I initially came home. When I look back at that year, wait...what year!?! My point exactly. So its basically a reminder to myself to remember to live each day, and to take the time to hold the door for someone, say hello to the person you walk by, and say "Have a good day!" when your in stores. It's the little things we need to remember to do and to take the time with friends and family to talk, hang out, and just "be." I want to start breathing in the fresh air, and thanking the big guy upstairs for the life he has blessed us all with. Note to self: Slow down and take some time to smell the roses. So as the song goes by John Michael Montgomery, "Life's a dance you learn as you go, sometimes you lead sometimes you follow. Don't worry about what you don't know, life's a dance you learn as you go."
P.S- Now that your taking a little time, listen to Baz Luhrmann to a song called "Wear Sunscreen."
